Cancellation Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable. You are allowed "one" reschedule which must be done through me and must be scheduled by the end of the year. If you need to reschedule again you will be referred to the website to book an appointment. If you cancel after paying in full, you are allowed one reschedule only and must be booked by the end of year. If you choose not to reschedule, your payment will be forfeited. If you are 15 minutes late you will be charged an additional $15. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled. No additional guests allowed, including children, unless they are receiving a service. Appointments before 8:30am or after 5:30pm will be an additional charge of $25. You will need to contact me for availability. Same day appointments will be an additional $25 fee. You will need to contact me for availability. I will accept bookings on Sunday, there will be an additional $25 fee added to your amount. I accept payments via cash, debit/credit cards, or tap to pay. Please have exact change for cash. Please arrive with a clean face and cleaned up brows because I do not offer hair removal services. Please do not arrive no more than 5 minutes early as I may be providing service to another client. For bridal services/bridesmaid's half of the deposit will be due upon booking and the remaining balance will be due 3 days prior to the event. You are required to sign contract for bridal services. All bridal services will be nonrefundable. After service is rendered, I am not responsible for rework if you do not notify me prior to your departure.
